Break down the cauliflower into individual florets and pulse them in a food processor till you get granules.
Melt ghee in a pan over medium heat and add mustard and cumin seeds
When they pop add asafoetida, onions and green chili. Sauté till onion turns translucent.
Add cauliflower, sprinkle a little water and mix well. Keep stirring till cauliflower is cooked.
Add turmeric powder, green peas, corn. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt. Garnish with coriander.
Lastly add lemon juice and mix well.
Enjoy the steaming hot upma with a cup of tea.
