Instructions
Heat ghee in the instant pot. Start off with the saute option
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they splutter add curry leaves.
Mix in and saute ginger garlic paste and onion for few mins.
Add frozen veggies, moong dal, quinoa and mix well.
Sprinkle in the turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika and salt. Mix well.
Pour water and mix. Cook using the preset rice option
Serve hot.
