Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • ½ cup Moong Dal
  • ¾ cup Frozen Veggies
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Chili paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 6 Curry Leaves
  • ¾ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 cup Water
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in the instant pot. Start off with the saute option
  • Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they splutter add curry leaves.
  • Mix in and saute ginger garlic paste and onion for few mins.
  • Add frozen veggies, moong dal, quinoa and mix well.
  • Sprinkle in the turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, paprika and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour water and mix. Cook using the preset rice option
  • Serve hot.
